Innovators Camp

Unlock your entrepreneurial potential. Innovators Camp is a unique innovation experience for students and researchers at Zurich-based universities.

Innovators Camp provides opportunities to connect with researchers, students, artists, change-makers, and role models in the innovation ecosystem.

Attendees will work on real-world problems in interdisciplinary teams, developing practical prototypes to address social issues. It brings together participants from diverse educational backgrounds and universities.

The thematic focus of Innovators Camp 2023 is social innovation, targeting complex problems such as climate change, biodiversity loss, education, migration, and aging society. The program takes place at ZKSD (Zurich Knowledge Center for Sustainable Development), a space designed for sustainable projects in Zurich.

Innovators Camp is a joint initiative by the Universtiy of Zurich (UZH) and the Zurich University of Arts (ZHdK), aiming to combine creativity and scientific knowledge to shape a better future. The main criterion for selection is the applicant's motivation to contribute to the greater good through innovation.

In addition to the workshop blocks, an optional excursion to successful innovation projects in Zurich is offered to inspire and inform participants. The Innovators Camp focuses on local challenges, working in close collaboration with the city of Zurich.

Innovators Camp is a platform for personal and professional growth, where participants can unlock their potential for innovation to potentially make a difference in the world. The program is designed to be immersive and interactive, with direct peer-to-peer exchange playing a crucial role in the social innovation process.
